- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 4 cans Green beans
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 ⅔ cups french fried onions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 13 inch baking dish with non stick spray.
In a large bowl, mix together the mushroom soup, green beans, milk, chicken broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and half of the french fried onions (set the rest aside).
Pour the green bean mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Top with the remaining french fried onions
Bake at 350 for 55 minutes until golden brown on the top and bubbling.

- You CAN make this in a slow cooker, but you will need a large 6-8 quart size.

- Add ¼ - ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper for a bit of spice.
Substitutions for the Original Recipe
Milk - You can use reconstituted powdered milk, evaporated milk, chicken broth, water + broth concentrate, "other than" milk (almond, etc.- use the unsweetened variety) or any strength of cows milk.
Cream of Mushroom Soup - Any variety of "cream of" soups or your homemade cream of mushroom soup.
Soy Sauce - Braggs Liquid Aminos
Canned Green Beans - Can use fresh or frozen green beans.
French-Fried Onions - in the green bean mixture can use ½ cup sauteed onions and then for the toppings 1 Cup crushed cornflakes with 2 Tbs melted butter or any crunchy type topping like potato chips, gold fish crackers, bread crumbs, etc with butter.
