Ingredients

  • 6 boiled eggs
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon hot sauce Franks or Tolulas

Instructions

  • Cook and peel the eggs. Dry off with a paper towel.
  • Mix the salt, pepper and garlic powder together and place in a small bowl or on a plate.
  • Cut the eggs in half, sprinkle with the seasoning mix and add a few drops of hot sauce to each egg half.
