- 6 boiled eggs
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon hot sauce Franks or Tolulas
Cook and peel the eggs. Dry off with a paper towel.
Mix the salt, pepper and garlic powder together and place in a small bowl or on a plate.
Cut the eggs in half, sprinkle with the seasoning mix and add a few drops of hot sauce to each egg half.
