- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon hot sauce or to taste
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon fish sauce optional
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- There really aren't that many tips and tricks because all you really need to do is to mix it all together.
- Mix with a spoon but if you have it, a whisk will work much better.
- Be sure to refrigerate for an hour so that the flavors can work together better.
Substitutions
Horseradish - be sure to use the regular horseradish and not the creamed horseradish. If all you have is the creamed, use to taste.
Lemon Juice - it's possible to substitute lime juice instead, fresh lemon juice or the bottled lemon juice.
Hot Sauce - You'll want to use something like Texas Pete rather than a Franks type Wing Sauce
Fish Sauce - totally optional but adds a bang of flavor to your sauce.
